The Role
As a Project Manager, you are accountable for the planning, execution, and financial performance of assigned projects. You report to the Vice President of Operations and lead site supervisors, project administrators, subcontractors, and consultants to deliver work safely, on schedule, and on budget.This role requires strong discipline, attention to detail, and sound judgment. We primarily operate across Ontario’s Golden Horseshoe, with our head office in Stouffville, Ontario. We value collaborative, professional relationships with clients, consultants, and partners, and we expect our Project Managers to represent the company with professionalism and courtesy at all times.Wellness leadership is a core expectation of this role. Project Managers are responsible for proactive risk identification, planning, and enforcement of health and safety standards on all assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and manage projects from award through close-out.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, change orders, and monthly cost reviews.
- Coordinate labour, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
- Provide complete information packages to site teams prior to mobilization.
- Estimate assigned bids and support estimating efforts.
- Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks.
- Communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders.
- Lead, coach, and manage supervisors and project administrators, including performance management.
- Enforce health and safety policies and participate in continuous system improvement.
Qualifications

- Experience managing construction projects and staff.
- Experience in two or more of the following: utilities, infrastructure, environmental, civil, earthworks, landscape construction.
- Strong record of budget and schedule control.
- Demonstrated commitment to health and safety leadership.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, takeoffs, survey, and layout.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PDF-based tools.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Experience estimating is an asset.

Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time, permanent position with a starting salary between $80,000–$110,000, commensurate with experience. The role includes performance-based bonus eligibility, flexible benefits, group RSP after one year, vehicle or allowance, cell phone or allowance, three weeks+ of vacation, paid emergency days, an annual fitness credit, and a hybrid work arrangement.Check us out online
